About this church
Sunday worship at Life Church begins at 10 a.m. at 4888 North Frontage Road in Columbus, with an online option for people joining remotely. A typical service lasts about ninety minutes and allows room for contemporary worship and teaching. Dress ranges from casual to traditional Sunday clothing. Kids @ Life check-in opens twenty minutes before worship, and complimentary coffee and doughnuts are available beforehand; the church encourages visitors to remain afterward for conversation rather than leaving immediately at dismissal.
The congregation describes a contemporary, charismatic community whose vision is for people to encounter God, experience shared life, and become equipped and empowered to serve with excellence. Children’s ministry begins with nursery care for infants through eighteen months and continues through age-specific environments. Other routes into church life include The Tribe, small groups, worship, prayer, guest services, media, and Loaves and Fishes. A Connect@LIFE luncheon helps newcomers learn where they can participate. The church’s belief statement affirms Scripture, the Trinity, Jesus’ death and resurrection, the Holy Spirit, salvation, and Christian practice. Life Church is also developing its own online social network for discussion and connection beyond streamed worship. Families planning a first Sunday should arrive around 9:40 to complete children’s check-in and use the pre-service hospitality; adults attending alone can use the same time to meet the guest-services team.
