Broadway Baptist Church

About this church

Broadway Baptist Church is a Sedalia congregation organized around worship, prayer, Bible study, discipleship, stewardship, fellowship, evangelism, and Christian service. Its welcome explicitly addresses people who may feel judged elsewhere because of appearance, personal history, finances, divorce, widowhood, remarriage, depression, or a desire for a fresh start. Education, music, children’s ministry, nursery care, Vacation Bible School, and volunteer leadership support that invitation.

Sunday School for adults and children meets from 9:30 to 10:20 a.m. Adult worship, Children’s Church, and nursery run together from 10:30 to 11:30. That compact sequence gives visitors a ten-minute transition between education and worship. The homepage is the clearest current source for both hours; other ministry pages describe leadership and programs but do not add dependable recurring times. Families can choose only worship at 10:30 or arrive for the full morning at 9:30, with parallel children’s care during the later service. The church’s Vacation Bible School gallery records a “7 C’s of History” program, but it is historical material rather than an upcoming date. Newcomers should therefore use the Sunday schedule as the stable plan and check ministry reports for current special events.
