Holy Trinity Lutheran Church

About this church

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Sidney gathers at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, with livestream and archived services available for people worshiping from home. The ELCA congregation describes worship as a place to be united and refreshed in God's Word, seeking an environment that is relevant, welcoming, and nurturing. Its mission is to help everyday people become everyday disciples serving the Lord, with room for questions, doubts, talents, and joys rather than requiring people to arrive already certain.

Children from kindergarten through elementary school participate in age-directed ministry, including Wednesday JAM—Jesus and Me—during the program year. Middle-school students transition into a new stage of faith formation, while adult ministries, membership preparation, devotionals, and service opportunities continue across ages. The church's welcome page explains how to become involved without making membership the only first step. Holy Trinity's most useful resource for uncertain visitors is its service archive: someone can watch the congregation's liturgy and preaching before attending the San Marino Road building. The overall pattern is a single Sunday worship hour supported by weekday learning, online access, and a strong message of belonging.
