New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene

About this church

New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene in Edison belongs to the Metro Nazarene District of the global Church of the Nazarene. The church calendar lists Sunday worship at 11:30 a.m., held in person and streamed on Facebook; confirm the time on the website before visiting. The service meets in the main auditorium and lasts about an hour, with music and practical teaching aimed at the whole family. Children of all ages are encouraged to take part in worship, and a little noise or movement from kids is not a concern. After the service, the congregation shares a meal that is open to everyone.

An adult Bible study meets on Wednesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. over Zoom, and adult ministries offer fellowship and spiritual growth opportunities through the year for adults of all ages. The New Beginnings Food Pantry serves Middlesex County households facing food insecurity on the third Saturday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; first-time guests should review the application requirements posted online, and pantry information is available in English and Spanish. The website also offers a prayer and praise request form, a virtual connection card for newcomers, and pages for the livestream and past Sunday services. Parking is on the street with limited accessible spaces, and an accessible entrance is around the right side of the building at 80 Jefferson Boulevard.
