St Mary Our Mother

About this church

St. Mary Our Mother in Horseheads celebrates a Saturday vigil Mass at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday Masses at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Saturday’s Mass is livestreamed and remains available afterward, while daily Mass is offered Monday through Friday at 6:45 a.m. The chapel is open for private prayer on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Sunday mornings until noon.

Children and families can explore Christian initiation, First Reconciliation, and First Holy Communion preparation. Parish life also includes service and outreach groups, volunteering, fundraising, and other opportunities beyond Mass. A first-time visitor should choose a weekend hour, arrive early for seating, or use the Saturday livestream to become familiar with the liturgy. Families seeking a sacrament should contact the parish for the active preparation calendar instead of assuming it occurs during Mass. Anyone coming for private prayer should use the published chapel window, and all visitors should check current notices for Holy Day or seasonal changes to the regular Broad Street schedule.
