NorthCross Church

About this church

NorthCross Church gathers for Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. in Cornelius, with school-year Sunday School for children and adults at 9:30. The main service includes music, prayer, biblical teaching, offerings, and the sacraments, presenting worship as enjoyment of Jesus as well as instruction. A consolidated service brings the community together, while the earlier education hour gives families and adults a smaller learning setting from September through May.

Nursery care is available for children age two and younger, and children’s ministry emphasizes learning about Jesus through Scripture, prayer, age-appropriate teaching, relationships, and service. The congregation also seeks to equip people to serve one another and neighbors throughout the Lake Norman area. Families should use the children’s page to review classroom and nursery information before arriving, while newcomers can consult the worship page for the main service’s structure. Sunday School pauses seasonally, so check the current calendar during summer or holidays rather than assuming the 9:30 hour is active year-round.
