Tabernacle Baptist Church

About this church

Tabernacle Baptist Church is a Wilson congregation organized around knowing God, finding freedom, discovering purpose, and making a difference. Services combine congregational music with practical Bible teaching centered on Jesus, while Connect Groups create smaller settings for coffee, conversation, and lessons fitted to different life stages. The church also identifies ministries for Deaf participants, Spanish speakers, grief and divorce care, addiction recovery, children, and students. TBC Kids uses a detailed check-in process for safety and is available during Sunday morning and Wednesday evening programming.

Sunday Connect Groups begin at 9:00 a.m., worship at 10:00, and evening service at 6:00 p.m. The main service lasts about an hour, and clothing ranges from suits to casual attire without a dress code. Wednesday AWANA and Elevate Youth both begin at 6:45 p.m., followed by the Refuel service at 7:00. First-time families should arrive a few minutes early to complete children's check-in. Tabernacle meets in person and online, giving prospective guests a way to preview its teaching and music. Because the children's and adult Wednesday programs start fifteen minutes apart, parents should plan around the 6:45 check-in rather than the later Refuel hour.
