Kettering Assembly of God

About this church

Two Sunday gatherings at Kettering Assembly of God begin at 9 and 11 a.m. in a casual, relaxed setting. A typical service lasts about 90 minutes, beginning with contemporary music led by a worship team; lyrics are projected so visitors can join in. A pastor then teaches from the Bible with an emphasis on applying it to life, and a prayer team is available afterward. The congregation's Pentecostal identity includes belief in baptism in the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts as empowerment for witness and service. There is no formal dress code.

Limitless Kids provides a secure nursery and age-specific classes during both Sunday services, using aviation-themed rooms and names for its children's areas. Students in grades six through twelve connect through Ignited Youth, which combines games, worship, Bible teaching, small groups, and spiritual development. Before and between services, Mission Grounds Coffee Shop is open Sunday from 8:15 to 11 a.m.; drip coffee is free, specialty drinks are offered for donations, and proceeds after supply costs fund mission-trip scholarships. The broader Kingdom Builders program supports missionaries and organizations through church planting, pastor development, vehicles, resources, and humanitarian aid. Visitors bringing children should allow extra time for the first check-in.
