Friendship Baptist Church

About this church

Friendship Baptist Church is an Owasso congregation that describes itself as a family that cares across ages, backgrounds, and seasons of life. Its ministries join Bible truth, music, local evangelism, global missions, children, students, singles, adults, and care during both celebration and difficulty. A seven-session Connecting Point class introduces newcomers to the church’s purpose and practices, ending with a building tour.

Sunday School and Life Groups begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by morning worship at 10:00. Middle-school groups meet in the youth buildings and high-school groups in the Event Center at 9:00; all students then join the main service. Kids’ Worship begins at 10:00. Wednesday programming starts with AWANA or the children’s musical and the grades six-through-twelve student ministry at 6:45 p.m.; adult classes and Bible study begin at 7:00. The church’s visitor page provides the clearest consolidated schedule and invites newcomers into relationships rather than assuming a prior church background. Online worship is available through the Watch page. Because the Wednesday children’s label alternates between AWANA and a musical, families should check the current program season. Adults considering Connecting Point can begin any Sunday at 9:00 in the Missions Hall classroom, but should confirm whether the seven-week sequence is currently starting or already underway.
