Liberty Christian Church

About this church

Liberty Christian Church is currently on its summer schedule of one Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. at 4764 Skyline Road South in Salem. In September it returns to services at 9:00 and 10:30. Each service lasts about an hour: worship comes first, followed by a coffee-and-community intermission, a 20- to 25-minute biblical message, and Communion with bread and juice. Guests may use Communion time for prayer and reflection instead, and the livestream offers a useful preview.

Liberty Kids provides nursery through fifth-grade classes, with trained, background-checked leaders and a documented five-part safety system covering abuse prevention, age-appropriate materials, reporting, internet safeguards, and video monitoring. Families can check in through the front entrance or the parking-lot family entrance; the family door locks after 10:30, so late arrivals should use the main entrance. Students in grades six through eight meet Sundays from 10:30 to 11:30. The church presents itself as casual, coffee-friendly, and centered on helping people experience Jesus’ love in a community that values biblical truth, reconciliation, and room to share pain honestly. Seasonal time changes and the locked-door detail are especially worth checking before a visit.
