St. Peter Catholic Church

About this church

Weekend liturgies at St. Peter Catholic Church begin with the 5 p.m. vigil on Saturday, followed by Sunday Masses at 7, 9, and 11 a.m. Daily Mass begins at 8:30 Monday through Saturday except Wednesday. Tuesday Reconciliation runs from 6:15 to 7 p.m., and Saturday confessions from 3:30 to 4:30; a perpetual-adoration chapel remains open around the clock. The 11 a.m. Sunday Mass streams on YouTube. The parish's official address places it in West Brandywine, correcting the directory's broader Coatesville location label.

Music ranges across several styles. Cantors and adult choir support the liturgy, while the Emmaus Road praise band brings contemporary Christian music to the 11 a.m. Mass each week. Children can train as altar servers beginning around third grade, and high-school Teen Missionaries follow a shared rule of daily prayer, joyful witness, service, and Catholic formation. Lay Eucharistic ministers distribute Communion at Mass and bring it to people who are sick, elderly, homebound, or in care communities. The website also links Life Teen, Edge middle-school ministry, Little People Church, sacramental preparation, and parish education. Families should confirm child check-in, parking, accessibility, low-gluten hosts, and current program hours.
