Five Forks Church

About this church

Five Forks Church in Waynesboro offers two Sunday worship services in its auditorium: a Traditional service at 8 a.m. and a Modern service at 10:15 a.m., with a discipleship block of classes in between at 9:15 a.m. Each hour-long service includes worship music and a Bible message from a pastor. The church is part of the Brethren in Christ family, and both services are livestreamed on YouTube. Times can change, so confirm on the website before visiting.

Children from birth through fifth grade are served on Sundays, with free nursery care for ages 0 to 2, a whole-group children's church hour and grade-level Sunday school in the children's wing; parents check children in at counters with name tags and pickup slips, and no pre-registration is needed. The church also runs Growing Tree Preschool. Students in grades 6 through 12 have a Sunday school class and meet Sunday evenings during the school year for games, worship, a lesson and small groups, plus retreats and a local service week. Adults can join discipleship classes, Bible studies and seniors and singles fellowships, and the church operates a food pantry and clothes closet. Parking is behind the building and across the road by the ball field, with accessible, senior and family drop-off spaces. Visitors dress anywhere from suits to jeans and can stop at the Connect Station outside the auditorium.
