The Rock Church

About this church

The directory's “The Rock Kids” listing is the children's ministry of The Rock Church, not a separate congregation. The church meets at 1861 Highway 51 South in Covington. Connect Hour begins at 9:30 a.m. Sunday and the main service at 10:30. Worship and a Bible message normally last about ninety minutes. Wednesday programs for children, youth, and adults begin at 6:30 p.m. A welcome desk in the main foyer helps first-time guests find classrooms and understand check-in.

The Rock Kids serves first through sixth graders at 10:30 Sunday with an energetic service focused on biblical teaching and a personal relationship with Jesus. The broader children's page also explains other age-based care, so families should use the church-level name when searching or navigating. Adults can join Connect Hour classes, relationships, and service, while students in grades six through twelve meet at 6:30 Wednesday through the THRIVE ministry. The church's beliefs identify it with the Assemblies of God and present the Bible as the guide for faith and life. Missions support more than forty families serving internationally or in specialized ministries within the United States. For a first visit, 10:30 is the main worship hour; arriving at 9:30 adds a class-based introduction. Correcting the name prevents visitors from mistaking a ministry brand for an independent children's-only church.
