Freedom Church

About this church

Freedom Church in Chattanooga begins Sunday with pre-service prayer from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. Sunday School for every age starts at 9:30, and worship with Freedom Kids meets at 10:30. The modern service emphasizes expressive praise, prayer, and encountering God’s presence. Coffee or tea and informal conversation begin about thirty minutes before worship. All services stream live on YouTube and Facebook and remain available afterward.

Wednesday programming runs from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with nursery, Freedom Kids, Pursuit Students, and an adult class in the sanctuary. Thursday prayer meets from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m. The church describes itself as nondenominational and welcomes people from varied backgrounds, with its purpose summarized as encountering Jesus and transforming people. Other connections include small-group discipleship, young-adult nights, and Just Older Youth. The campus is at 1212 South Seminole Drive in Chattanooga, although the directory associates it with neighboring East Ridge. Families can use the Sunday School hour and worship in one visit; anyone coming for a Wednesday class should verify the room and active semester first.
