The Living Word Country Church of Texas

About this church

The Living Word Country Church of Texas in Azle gathers Sundays at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. Its Sunday livestream begins at approximately 10:30. The congregation promises a distinctly country-influenced worship experience: Christian country music is mixed with familiar hymns and contemporary songs, while Bible teaching and openness to the Holy Spirit remain central. Guests are invited to come as they are rather than match a particular dress standard.

Founded in December 2019, the church intentionally connects its ministry with western heritage and country life. Its vision pairs the Bible as an authority for daily living with corporate, small-group, and private study. It also stresses honoring relationships at home, church, work, and in the community. Those details make the word “Country” in the church's name more than decoration; it describes an approach to music, culture, and hospitality. For visitors northwest of Fort Worth, the congregation offers one central Sunday service, a midweek gathering, and an online window into worship. The resulting atmosphere is presented as family-oriented, Bible-centered, musically distinctive, and comfortable for newcomers.
