Grace Anglican Community

About this church

At 24968 Katy Ranch Road in Katy, Grace Anglican Community welcomes worshipers at 10:30 a.m. Sunday and carries the liturgy online. The church describes the service as liturgical and accessible: ancient prayers, Scripture, a sermon, modern congregational music, and Holy Communion are brought together in one weekly gathering. Visitors may follow the printed order, and people unfamiliar with Anglican practice are invited to participate at their own comfort level rather than master the service beforehand.

Grace Kids serves children age five through fifth grade with Bible learning and formation connected to the congregation's worship. Student ministry meets Sunday from noon to 2 p.m., allowing middle- and high-school students to stay after the main service for food, teaching, discussion, friendship, and activities. The church's beliefs draw from historic Christian creeds, Scripture, the sacraments, and the Anglican tradition. Its mission and values emphasize following Jesus, receiving grace, building community, and serving neighbors. Prayer, small groups, pastoral care, and service opportunities give adults routes into church life beyond Sunday morning. A first-time family can attend the 10:30 liturgy and ask about the children's program at arrival; households with teenagers can plan for the longer service-and-student-ministry block through 2 p.m. The livestream is also useful for previewing the combination of formal liturgy and contemporary music.
