Kingsland Baptist Church

About this church

Kingsland Baptist Church is a Katy congregation founded in 1977 as a church plant of Tallawood Baptist Church. Its mission is to invite people into fulfillment in Jesus Christ one home at a time. Worship, Bible study, preschool, children, teenagers, adults, prayer, missions, Wednesday formation, and an “Empowered Homes” emphasis support households across two campuses; this profile covers the Central Campus on Kingsland Boulevard.

Central Campus worship begins Sunday at 8:00, 9:00, 10:30, and 11:45 a.m. Preschool from birth through kindergarten, children in grades one through five, students in grades six through twelve, and adult Bible study or community groups meet at 9:00 and 10:30. Online worship and recent sermons are available through Kingsland Live, but the site does not identify which Central service always streams. A homepage weather notice mentions a single January 25 service; it is a dated exception and should not override the standing four-service schedule. Wednesday classes and groups use term-based calendars, commonly beginning around 6:00 or 6:15 p.m., so participants should choose a current registration rather than assume every program meets weekly. Public pages do not specify service duration, music style, dress, parking, accessibility, preschool check-in and pickup, volunteer screening, or Communion frequency. North Katy has different hours and should not be confused with Central.
