Risen Life Church

About this church

Risen Life Church is a Longview congregation that describes itself as Christ-centered, Bible-based, Spirit-filled, missions-minded, and committed to making disciples. Its mission joins love for God and people with service, outreach, and sharing the message of Jesus. Contemporary worship, teaching, prayer, fellowship, nursery care, children’s ministry, youth, men’s and women’s groups, and missions provide the main avenues into congregational life.

Sunday worship begins at 10:00 a.m. with contemporary music, including older hymns given contemporary arrangements, plus teaching, prayer, and fellowship. Children ages five through eleven may attend Children’s Church in the separate children’s building, while a furnished nursery serves children through age four and a private room supports nursing mothers. Wednesday prayer meets at 7:00 p.m. One Pursuit Youth Group is listed every other Wednesday 6:00–8:00, although the same youth page retains photos and announcements from 2015 and 2018; families should confirm that current rhythm. Men meet Monday at 7:00 and women Monday 7:00–9:00. Public pages do not specify service length, dress, parking, accessibility, child check-in, secure pickup, volunteer screening, Communion practice, livestreaming, exact youth ages, or whether Sunday children’s programs start before or after family worship.
