Truro Anglican Church

About this church

Truro Anglican Church in Fairfax lists Sunday services at 7:45 and 10:00 a.m., with the 10:00 gathering streamed live and available for later viewing. The congregation builds worship around four stated pillars: the Word, worship, community, and outreach. Its music and arts ministry welcomes trained and untrained participants into choir, instruments, dance, floral preparation, communion service, and other roles, giving the larger service a visibly intergenerational character.

Families will find nursery care for children from three months through age five, opening at 9:30 for the 10:00 service, plus a mother's room carrying the livestream. Fifth- and sixth-graders meet during the later service, and older students gather Sunday evenings during the school year for food, fellowship, and formation. Truro's roots in Fairfax reach to a congregation organized in 1843, and its present ministry includes local and global outreach. Confirm the early-service time and seasonal children's schedule before attending, since summer and school-year patterns can differ.
