Sunnyside Grace Brethren Church

About this church

Sunnyside Grace Brethren Church begins its main Sunday worship service at 10:30 a.m., with the gathering lasting about an hour. The congregation identifies with the Charis Fellowship tradition and emphasizes three closely connected commitments: biblical authority, Christ-centered living, and sharing the gospel locally and globally. That clarity may help visitors who want an evangelical church with Brethren roots and a straightforward understanding of how belief should shape character, worship, and mission.

Children’s ministry uses interactive activities and age-appropriate teaching, while nursery care is available during Sunday School, the main service, and selected special events. The nursery includes suitable toys and snacks, and parents are welcome to help children settle in at drop-off. Youth and children are described as active participants being prepared to serve as future leaders, teachers, pastors, and missionaries. Visitors can use the I’m New page for a fuller preview of the service and should check current announcements for Sunday School times, Communion services, or seasonal programs before making the trip to Franklin Avenue.
