What Does 1 Chronicles 2:48 Mean?
The chronicler names another of Caleb's concubines, Maachah, and her sons Sheber and Tirhanah. As with Ephah before, the record includes these children plainly among Caleb's descendants. The family of Caleb was large, its branches many, and the chronicler accounts for them all.
