What Does 1 Chronicles 8:1 Mean?
After tracing other tribes, the chronicler returns to Benjamin, the youngest son of Jacob and Rachel. He had already touched this line earlier; now he gives it fuller treatment, naming the sons in their birth order to anchor the families that follow.
