What Does Acts 18:10 Mean?
The vision continues with the promise God has spoken to His servants in every age, to Moses, to Joshua, to Jeremiah: I am with thee. For this season in Corinth the Lord adds a pledge of protection, and then the reason beneath it all: I have much people in this city.
The Lord calls Corinthians who have not yet heard the gospel His own people; He sees the harvest before the field shows any green. Paul's task is not to manufacture results but to speak faithfully while Christ gathers those He knows. It is the promise of presence, not the promise of ease, that carries the witness, and whoever serves Him today rests on the same word: I am with thee.
