What Does Acts 9:30 Mean?
For the second time in one chapter the church moves Saul to safety — a basket at Damascus, an escort to the seaport here. Tarsus, in Cilicia, is his birthplace. There he passes out of the narrative for several years, until Barnabas comes searching for him to help the work at Antioch (Acts 11:25–26).
