Verse 33 places the court around both tabernacle and altar and hangs the court gate, fulfilling the dimensions and craftsmanship commands of Exodus 27 and 38. The statement 'So Moses finished the work' closes the long building and setup sequence. They should also refuse the opposite error of calling preventable disorder spiritual freedom. Safe boundaries, clear gates, completed training, and accurate records can make a place ready for service while leaving glory and fruit in God's hands.
Jesus tells the Father that He has glorified Him on earth and finished the work given to Him. Christ's saving mission is uniquely His, yet His words reveal the faithful direction of completing an entrusted calling for the Father's glory. Christian workers can finish assignments without making themselves the center. Completion means delivering promised work, protecting affected people, documenting responsibility, and handing off what continues. Then we can release control, give thanks, and trust the Lord whose presence is the true gift among His people.
