Hilltop Baptist Church

About this church

Hilltop Baptist Church is a Chula Vista congregation seeking to minister to people, follow Christ’s commands, and honor God through prayer, worship, fellowship, evangelism, and compassionate service. Its pastor describes the church as committed to biblical soundness, discipleship, ministry, fellowship, and worship. The stated mission pairs spiritual unity with practical concern for the surrounding community and anyone who enters the church.

Sunday Bible class runs from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., followed by the main service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Worship can be attended in person or watched through the church’s YouTube livestream. The homepage also lists a midweek service from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. without naming the weekday in the extracted schedule, plus a Bible study from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. without a day; both should be confirmed before visiting. Nursery is available for ages zero through four, and a class serves children ages five through twelve. Families can therefore ask on arrival about the correct room for each age group. The 11:00 Sunday service is the most clearly identified public gathering and the strongest choice for a first visit.
