Bayside Church in Galt

About this church

Bayside Church in Galt holds Sunday services at 9 and 10:45 a.m. Visitors can expect a warm greeting, help finding the right place for adults and children, and worship in a dynamic setting. Biblical teaching continues through small groups during the week; the church describes Scripture as its practical guide for life. Bayside's Sunday ministry is organized around authentic community, reaching people beyond the congregation, deep teaching, worship, media, and compassionate service. The official pages do not publish livestreaming or the normal length and musical format of each service.

The congregation began in 2009 as the last in a series of Bayside family church plants, initially meeting at Liberty Ranch High School. It combines the energy and resources associated with the larger Bayside network with the relationships of a smaller community church. Although its central mission serves Galt, Lodi, and nearby communities, members also travel from Stockton, Elk Grove, and other parts of the Sacramento region. The church explicitly welcomes growing families, empty nesters, singles, and people newly navigating life alone; groups and activities give teenagers their own place to connect. Children's ages, nursery care, check-in security, accessibility, parking instructions, baptism, and Communion practice are not detailed online.
