Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church

About this church

Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church follows a seasonal Sunday Mass schedule at 550 U.S. Highway 41 South in Inverness. From June through August, Sunday Mass is celebrated at 8 and 10:30 a.m.; during the ordinary September-through-May schedule, the times are 7:30, 9, and 11 a.m. A 4 p.m. Saturday Vigil and 8 a.m. Mass Monday through Saturday continue as regular anchors. Reconciliation is offered Saturday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Visitors should check the month before selecting a Sunday hour rather than using one schedule year-round.

The parish has served the Inverness area for more than sixty years and combines sacramental worship with faith formation, service, and community life. Children's formation serves ages four through eighth grade, with a children's Liturgy of the Word connected to the 9 a.m. Mass during the regular program season. Adults exploring Catholicism can use OCIA, while established parishioners can participate in liturgical, charitable, prayer, and fellowship ministries. First-Friday Eucharistic Adoration is published from 8:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and should be confirmed against the live calendar. Summer visitors have two Sunday choices; year-round families should note that the 9 a.m. children's connection returns with the ordinary schedule. Holy days, funerals, and seasonal devotions can add or change events, so the parish's current Mass page remains the final planning source.
