Our Saviour's Lutheran Church

About this church

Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights offers two distinct Sunday services: traditional worship at 9:00 a.m. and contemporary worship at 11:00. The traditional service draws on pipe organ, grand piano, choirs, handbells, brass, and orchestra, while the contemporary service is led by the 3N1 Worship Team with guitars, keyboard, drums, and vocalists. A smaller traditional service is also held at 5:00 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month. Holy Communion is open to everyone, and attire is come-as-you-are.

Children may participate in the sermon, songs, and prayers or use a children’s bulletin and a dedicated area at the back of the worship space. A quiet room adjoins the sanctuary, and the nursery is available Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Music is a notable entry point for families: choirs for grades one through four and five through twelve rehearse Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:15 and sing about monthly. The church identifies with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and offers education, service circles, youth trips, and global mission involvement. Our Saviour’s is at 1234 North Arlington Heights Road.
