Harvest Vineyard Church

About this church

Harvest Vineyard Church is an Ames congregation presenting itself as a community of hope where mercy triumphs over judgment. Its services combine worship music, welcome, Bible teaching, and opportunities for prayer without relying on hype or manipulation. Children’s ministry, preteen and teen groups, small groups, prophecy prayer, local ministry, and international mission extend its Vineyard identity through the week.

Ames Sunday services begin at 9:00 and 10:45 a.m.; the 9:00 service is livestreamed. Harvest Seed Company serves children from six months through fourth grade at both hours with parent-child ticketing, screened volunteers, classroom cameras, and other safety practices. Rise for fifth and sixth graders meets on the first and third Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Roots for grades seven through twelve meets every Wednesday at the same time. On the third Sunday, optional twenty-minute Prophetic Room sessions run from 10:20 to 10:40 and require signup. Visitors should use the Ames times rather than the separate Fort Dodge campus hour shown on the same homepage, and families should arrive early enough for secure children’s check-in.
