Lockport's only Latter-day Saint meetinghouse sits at 6339 Hamm Rd, roughly 10.5 miles from the nearest other building in Buffalo. The Lockport Ward gathers there at 10 a.m. for sacrament meeting, an hour of hymns, prayers, the sacrament of bread and water, and talks from members of the congregation, followed by a second hour of classes that closes out by 12 p.m.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints does not charge for attendance, and no collection plate is passed at any point in the service. Visitors need not dress formally; while many longtime members favor Sunday clothing, coming as you are is perfectly acceptable.
