Fountain of Life Lutheran Church

About this church

Fountain of Life Lutheran Church offers a traditional service at 8:30 a.m. and contemporary worship at 11 Sunday at 323 Hopkins Road in Kernersville. The earlier service uses liturgy, organ, piano, and choir; the later hour has a contemporary style. Holy Communion is celebrated every Sunday at both. Greeters welcome guests through the front sanctuary doors, and the Connections Team can provide a tour, a welcome gift, and local information for families new to Kernersville. Special combined services can occasionally replace the two-service pattern, so the homepage deserves a final check.

Part of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, Fountain of Life began in 1965 with twelve people and a pastor seeking to establish Lutheran ministry in Kernersville. Its life now includes small groups, Bible studies, service, and a preschool that emphasizes a safe, accepting Christian environment for children's spiritual, emotional, social, and academic growth. The two Sunday styles let a visitor choose between a more formal liturgy and a contemporary setting without losing weekly Communion. Parents considering the preschool can request a tour separately, while worship guests can simply park, enter at the sanctuary, and meet the Connections Team.
