Sheets Memorial Baptist Church

About this church

Sheets Memorial Baptist Church in Lexington begins Sunday Life Groups at 9:00 a.m. and worship at 10:15, with an evening service at 6:00 p.m. The congregation describes itself as a growing community committed to sharing faith, growing together, and serving others. Nursery care is provided during all services, giving parents a clearly published option throughout the weekly worship schedule.

Children ages two through sixth grade have Sunday School at 9:00. During the 10:15 service, an optional Wigglin’ Worship experience serves children from four-year-old kindergarten through second grade after dismissal from the sanctuary. Station8 youth and adult prayer and Bible study meet on Wednesday evening, and school-year AWANA adds another children’s program. A first-time family should arrive before 9:00 for classes or leave time for nursery directions before worship. Because the official pages display slightly different AWANA start times, families should confirm that one detail on the current calendar rather than relying on an older listing.
