Church Hill United Methodist Church

About this church

Church Hill United Methodist Church worships Sundays at 10:00 a.m. at 189 Churchill Hubbard Road in Youngstown, with an online option through Facebook. Accessible parking is available. Families can use a recently renovated nursery for infants, while KREW—Kids Radically Experiencing Worship—serves children in kindergarten through fifth grade during worship except on the first Sunday of each month. Those exceptions are worth noting when planning a child’s first visit.

The congregation belongs to the worldwide United Methodist Church and describes faith through love, grace, and service. Its teaching emphasizes worship, prayer, study, fellowship, compassion, mercy, and justice as connected expressions of life with God and neighbor. During the school year, Wednesday children’s and youth ministries meet from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The church also posts a weekday online rhythm at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, along with sermons and other media for people getting acquainted remotely. Church Hill’s practical appeal lies in the combination of one consistent Sunday service, online access, accessible parking, infant care, a clearly defined elementary-age program, and midweek formation that reaches beyond the worship hour.
