Heritage Baptist Church

About this church

Heritage Baptist Church in Corpus Christi holds Sunday School at 10:00 a.m., morning worship at 11:00, Teen Hour at 5:00 p.m., and evening service at 6:00. Wednesday service begins at 7:15 p.m. Nursery care for infants and toddlers is available during every service. During the 11:00 worship hour, children in kindergarten through sixth grade have Children's Church; Sunday School classes use the King James Bible and doctrinally focused curriculum.

The congregation identifies as Independent Baptist and describes itself as uncompromising on Scripture while committed to reaching its community and the world with the gospel. Teen Hour combines preaching, worship, and discipleship for the next generation, with students also participating in outreach and missions. The church's “What's Next” page walks newcomers through a first visit and family options, while ministry pages show the full Sunday sequence. Parents have the choice of nursery or Children's Church based on age, and adults seeking education can arrive an hour before worship. With four separate Sunday times, guests should distinguish the 5:00 student hour from the 6:00 congregational evening service.
