Word of Peace International Ministry, Inc.

About this church

Word of Peace International Ministry in Grand Prairie begins Sundays with church school at 9:20 a.m. and worship at 10:00. A Spanish-language service is held on the third Sunday at 2:00 p.m., with an additional Spanish gathering Tuesdays at 7:00. Wednesday at 7:00 includes midweek worship and Bible study; on the first Wednesday, the schedule also includes youth mentoring. The church frames its ministry around biblical teaching, praise, prayer, fellowship, evangelism, discipleship, and developing people for leadership.

Its community work gives that broad mission concrete local form. Word of Peace has operated food-distribution efforts since 2020 and lists a food pantry among its continuing ministries. Youth mentoring serves children and teenagers ages two through eighteen through weekly activities, academic and career support, violence-prevention work, and quarterly educational or cultural trips. A School of Ministry provides another structured route for biblical and leadership training. These offerings make the profile especially relevant to households seeking bilingual worship, midweek learning, practical food support, or coordinated development opportunities for young people in Grand Prairie.
