Emmanuel Lutheran Church

About this church

Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Vienna currently follows a summer schedule with Sunday worship at 10:00 a.m. Holy Communion is celebrated at every service and the church says all are welcome. Worship materials are projected at the front of the sanctuary and also available online, helping guests follow the liturgy without bringing a separate book or already knowing the service.

The congregation describes its calling as following the Holy Spirit, living as God’s children, and loving and serving neighbors as Jesus commanded. Connection, prayer, music, and Christian-initiation resources give newcomers several ways to learn and participate beyond the summer Sunday hour. A first-time guest should arrive before 10:00, review the visitor page for Communion and worship expectations, and use the online materials if helpful. Because the published hour is specifically seasonal, anyone planning a fall, winter, or spring visit should confirm the current schedule rather than carrying the summer time forward. Families should also contact the church for active children’s formation details.
