Refuge Church

About this church

Refuge Church is a Stevens Point congregation built around the conviction that every person matters to God. Worship, biblical preaching, prayer, care and counseling, small groups, children’s and student ministries, local schools, and world missions support its goal of forming fully devoted followers of Jesus. Small groups meet on varied weekly, twice-monthly, or monthly rhythms, giving adults several ways to build relationships beyond the main service.

Sunday worship begins at 10:00 a.m. and is also livestreamed. Refuge offers a free ride for people in Stevens Point, including college students or visitors without transportation; the official ride request should be completed ahead of time. Weekly prayer meets Tuesday at noon. Refuge Kids provides age-based environments, while students have a dedicated ministry page; families should confirm current check-in ages and meeting times because the homepage does not publish them. Some event pages advertise temporary 9:00 and 10:30 service times for special occasions, but the current homepage identifies 10:00 as the regular Stevens Point schedule. The directory’s “CR-HH” abbreviation should be expanded to County Road HH so maps and local searches more reliably identify the building.
