What Does 1 Chronicles 13:2 Mean?
David addresses the whole assembly and lays out a twofold test for his plan: that it seem good to the people and that it be of the LORD. He calls for messengers to reach their brethren throughout the land, along with the priests and Levites in their towns, so that all may come together.
