What Does 1 Chronicles 3:15 Mean?
With Josiah's death the kingdom enters its final years, and his sons are named in order. Several of them, and a grandson, would sit briefly on a tottering throne under the shadow of foreign powers. Shallum is the king known elsewhere as Jehoahaz, carried off to Egypt.
