What Does Acts 13:4 Mean?
Luke is careful to say that it was the Holy Ghost who sent them forth, even as they walked to the harbor and boarded a ship. They go down to Seleucia, the port of Antioch, and cross the sea to Cyprus, the homeland of Barnabas.
