What Does Acts 22:15 Mean?
Ananias states the commission: not a private blessing but a public charge. 'Unto all men' quietly holds the seed of the storm to come, for it reaches beyond Israel to every nation, the very word at which this crowd will erupt (verse 22).
A witness does not invent; he tells what he has seen and heard (1 John 1:1-3).
