What Does Daniel 8:19 Mean?
Gabriel announces his purpose: to make known what will happen 'in the last end of the indignation,' the season of God's appointed displeasure against sin. He twice affirms that there is a fixed and appointed time. The wrath has both a beginning and an end, neither of them random, both held within God's ordered plan.
