What Does Esther 6:9 Mean?
Haman completes his design: a noble prince should array the man and lead him on horseback through the city, proclaiming before him, thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delighteth to honour. He even imagines one of the highest princes as the herald, the honor magnified by who bestows it. He pictures the whole city watching his glory.
