No human can count the clouds or control when they release their rain. These things rest in the hands of God, dispensed by a wisdom beyond our reckoning. There is peace in admitting this. We do not have to manage the heavens or understand every turn of providence; we have only to trust the wise and generous One who numbers the clouds and waters the earth in his good time.
