What Does Judges 21:23 Mean?
Benjamin does as instructed, taking wives from among the dancers according to their number, then returning to their own inheritance. There they rebuild the cities ruined in the war and settle down to dwell in them again. The tribe that had stood on the brink of extinction is, by these means, given a future and a home once more.
