What Does Luke 21:15 Mean?
Here is the promise that grounds the command before it. I will give you, Jesus says, speaking of his own ongoing care for his people, a mouth and wisdom no adversary can gainsay. Luke records the fulfillment in Stephen, whose opponents were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake (Acts 6:10).
