What Does Revelation 3:21 Mean?
This crowning promise closes the body of the seventh letter and the whole series. The overcomer is offered the highest honor imaginable: a share in Christ's own throne. He grounds the promise in His own victory and exaltation beside the Father.
The pattern of the redeemed follows the pattern of the Redeemer. As Christ overcame and was seated with His Father, so those who overcome by faith in Him will share His reign.
