Linden Heights United Methodist Church

About this church

Linden Heights United Methodist Church in Parkville holds blended worship Sundays at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary and streams the service through Zoom. Worship combines traditional and praise songs with Scripture, sermon, shared joys and concerns, Communion, and music from singers or handbell ringers. This blend gives visitors a Methodist service that includes both familiar hymns and newer material rather than separate traditional and contemporary hours.

Service to Baltimore is visible through the church’s partnership with Manna House, which assists people experiencing homelessness and poverty. On fifth Saturdays, Linden Heights participants supply, cook, and serve three meals for more than 200 guests. The congregation describes itself as friendly and committed to loving and serving others, and invites people to explore faith either in person or online. A first-time guest can arrive before 10:30 for the sanctuary, join Zoom from home, and check whether Communion or a special musical offering is planned. Anyone interested in Manna House should confirm the next fifth-Saturday date and volunteer instructions rather than arriving without registration.
