St Luke Lutheran Church

About this church

St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chambersburg gathers for in-person worship with Communion on Sundays at 10 a.m. The congregation also publishes a Wednesday healing service at 11 a.m., posts Sunday worship online, and offers Wednesday prayer by Zoom. As part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, St. Luke follows the church year's liturgical calendar; major seasons and festivals are marked with prayer, Holy Communion, and traditions appropriate to each observance.

The church's online resources make it easier to participate before or after an in-person visit. Worship materials and a video archive are available through its site, while education pages describe faith formation for children and youth. Newcomers can use the connection page and calendar to locate current gatherings rather than relying on a static weekly list. For someone looking for a Lutheran church in Chambersburg, St. Luke offers a recognizably liturgical Sunday service, midweek prayer and healing, online access, and age-specific formation. Special seasons can affect the normal pattern, so the calendar and current-worship links are the best places to confirm holiday services.
